Is there a deposit required to reserve an event date?

Yes – a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date. The balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event.

My event is only two hours long, is there a minimum length of time?

Yes – we have a two hour minimum. We offer Al La Carte pricing for smaller time events.

What events can I reserve a booth for?

You can reserve a booth for any event. Some examples are weddings, graduation parties, birthday parties, holiday events, corporate functions such as employee appreciations, galas or even charity events. The list just goes on.

I have seen other companies provide scrapbooks for the host, is that included?

The scrapbook is only included on our Spectacular package.

What about the fun props, are they included too?

Yes – props are always included unless specified.

Will someone be there to help with the scrapbook?

Yes – the station attendant will be on site and can help guests with the scrapbook.
